It was an unplanned trip to perth. We drove around 180 kms from Bunbury to perth. As it was unplanned, I didnt get chance to prepare anything for me or for my hubby but I did prepare a vegetable khichadi for my toddler. And that was the best thing I did because he gets cranky when he is hungry.
We were craving Indian food and so we searched for an Indian Restaurants in Perth on google .We found out through our search that the Street festival Indian Restaurant and cafe was opened for lunch. We were very happy and thought to try it out. Best part about this Indian Restaurant was that it was opened for lunch and it had amazing vegetarian menu which included South Indian food as well. This place is a heaven for sure for vegetarian people like us who usually get less options to choose from.We ordered onion dosa and punjabi food ie garlic and butter naan along with kadai paneer. Food was delicious and onion dosa was crispy and had cashews in it which made dosa more yummy. Sambhar was good as well but it was a bit too sour for me but hubby loved and enjoyed it.
The very important plus point of Street festival Indian restaurant & cafe is that you can order online and they also have takeaway menu so that you can enjoy delicious food at home.
Street festival Indian Restaurant and cafe have high chairs available for toddlers. They have clean and well maintained toilets to use. This facility is a boon for the people like us who travelled from Bunbury to perth which is around 170 kilometres.
Our overall experience was quite pleasant.
